L.A County Fair

We went to the fair while we were in California and we had so much fun that we decided to make it an annual trip. It is so fun now that Ella and Kash are getting old enough to really enjoy stuff like this. I can't wait for next year, I know they will love it even more! The fair is right by the race track so my dad took us in the back way and we got to see a race and then walked across the track and into the fair. This first collage is mostly of the petting zoo. They loved seeing all of the animals and suprisingly didn't get scared.


After we saw all of the animals we tried to find the pirate show but got a little lost. We ended up going on some rides instead, and I'm so glad we did! Both kids saw the giant slide and could not wait to go on it. The second they got to the bottom they ran up the stairs to go again. Then we went to the "bee ride" and we put Ella and Kash in together and Kash wanted no part of it! I could not believe that Ella wanted to go and Kash didn't. So Whitney ended up going with Ella and she absolutely loved it. I thought once they got up high she would start to get scared but she just waved at us with the biggest smile! Then I took her on a roller coaster that I screamed my head off on but she just kept saying, "its okay mom, its fun."
We ended up going on the bee ride again before we left but when we got in line the guy said he didn't think Ella was tall enough. I told him she had already been on it and she met the height requirement. I turned to show him and we both saw Ella on her tippy toes! This sneaky little girl really wanted on that ride! Look at that face! We only had enough tickets for her to go on it by herself and she was totally fine with it. I still cannot believe how brave she was!

If only Karlee would have been with us we would have had all 5 sisters!
