Halloween

Halloween was so much fun this year, all three kids loved it and were so good!  Yes, even Evie was well behaved.  The day started with school parties.  Kash had a preschool party where he was very excited to wear his boxer costume.  I even let him take his gloves, with many promises that he would NOT punch anyone!
He was so funny with all of his poses.

I was able to help in Ella's class for the party.  Ella and her teacher were both Pocahontas! They had the exact same costume, it was so cute!
Here is her whole first grade class.
They had a parade where they walked around the track twice.  Every time she walked by us she started running and jumping up and down.  Here she is in action.

I was in charge of the musical chairs.  Total chaos!
 Frosting cookies.
Here she is with her cute friend Kenlee.
And then we got to go trick or treating!

Evie is such a stinker when I try to take her picture, this is the best I could do.

Here we are heading out for the big night.
 Trick or treat!
We stopped by Megan's house and got a picture.
 Pocahontas Ella and Ariel Ella.
Evie spent most of the night getting a ride in her stroller while eating her candy.  What a life! If she didn't walk up to the door, some people would walk out to the sidewalk and put candy in her bucket.
When we got home Matt didn't waste a minute.  He quickly put his Jason mask on, got his torch, had Cody hiding in the bushes with the paint ball gun, and the scary music blaring.  He lives for scaring the kids!
Kash and his best friend Will! They are so cute.
And our neighbor always lights his pumpkin on fire:)
Happy Halloween!

Pumpkin Carving

Kim and the girls came down from Cedar City to carve pumpkins with us.  It was crazy with all of the power tools, pumpkin guts, and candy everywhere! It's always quite the event.
 Here is the whole group:
 Sydney
 Syd and Julia
 Ella and Evie
Kash loved carving his pumpkin with the electric knife and the drill.
 Lauren showing off her guts.
Matt had the perfect hat for Syd.
 Lauren helping Kash out.
Evie was happy scootering around everyone with her candy.
Ella and Syd with their cute pumpkins.
Kash and Kim-there was pumpkin flying everywhere when he used the drill.
All the kids with their finished product. Love it!

Halloween Party

The Bird's had a Halloween party at their house again this year.  There was yummy food, a bounce house, a pinata, and lots of fun.
Here is our little boxer, Pocahontas, and our pirate.

The bounce house is always a big hit.
 The Frankenstein pinata was HUGE.
McKay moved the pinata right as Ella made a swing at it.  She missed and everyone laughed....Ella was so sad and embarrassed she had a slight meltdown!

Kash didn't care if he missed!
Flora was a pumpkin, as was the rest of her family.
Evie was loving the bounce house.

Jesse and Mindy were chefs.  Lincoln and Parker were salt and pepper and the twins were lobsters!

Can't wait for next year!

Random

Here are a couple random pictures of these cute kids.
Right before bed Evie was drinking her sippy cup and Kash had stolen Mom's phone.  They were cuddled up together in Mom and Dad's bed.

Ella had to wear a hat to school for red ribbon week and Kash's cowboy hat was the only one we could find at the last minute.  She decided to add her cowboy boots to make it a complete outfit!
