Tomorrow Ella is having surgery. It is very minor, she is getting tubes in both ears. She will have to be put under though. We are arriving at the hospital at 11:30 and the surgery should be around 12 or 12:30. Your thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Berklie got tubes in her ears when she was just 1 year old. I was flipping out, literally. I was so nervous...will she wake up? Will she throw up? Will she be out of it? Will she stop getting ear infections? All I have to say is it was the easiest procedure and best thing we've ever done. The surgery was really short, she was a little groggy when she woke up, but after ate well, was happy and had no problems the rest of the day. AND she hasn't had any ear trouble for the last 18 months. She still has her tubes in, I am wondering when they will fall out! :) Hopefully this eases some of your nerves...I will remember you in my prayers! :)
