We ended the night with the traditional softball game in the cul-de-sac. It was such a fun day and we were so lucky to be able to spend it with family.

Easter or Carnival?
The Craft Family doesn't have the basic Easter egg hunt.....not with my crazy husband MATT in charge! For the past few years Matt has been the coordinator of the Easter activities. You would think that would mean stuffing a bunch of eggs with candy and hiding them around the yard, right? No way. Every year he has gotten more and more extreme, and this is definitely the best year yet. He wanted to go out with a bang because he said this would be the last year of the craziness....next year we are back to the good old fashioned egg hunt! So when the kids were finally allowed to come outside, this is what they saw: Of course tons of eggs filled with candy and even more filled with money, a bubble machine blowing bubbles all over the yard, real baby chicks chirping away, a balloon game where you got pins and popped the balloons as fast as possible, a pinata, adults attacking children with silly string, streamers blowing in the wind, pinwheels in the grass, a dart game where you shot for prizes, and the main attraction....a giant bounce house! We had so much fun, the bounce house was the best thing ever because EVERYONE had fun in that thing! Here are some pictures of the CARNIVAL:
