Goodbye training wheels

Ella can ride a bike! She started practicing on the strider bike for a few weeks, just as Kash had done.  Then she decided it was time to take her training wheels off and try it out for real.  With a little help from Matt, she took right off! She is now a pro and her and Kash love riding their bikes together.

Thanksgiving 2012

 This year for Thanksgiving we stayed in St. George and Whitney and Ryan came to our house.  It was really fun because Liddy and Evie were the best of friends!  They were walking around the house holding hands, quite the contrast from the last time they visited when Liddy would run away screaming if Evie got too close!
We had Thanksgiving at Bob and Dobeaus house.  Robin, Braden, Eric, and Nikki were also there.  We ate the most delicious food and then we went in the backyard and played in the GIANT leaf pile.  The kids had so much fun diving in those leaves.

All the girls and Baby Bo! Ella and Evie loved playing with their new baby cousin, who is the sweetest thing.  It was a bonus that they all happened to be in pink leopard:)

We ended the night with a game of croquet, until it got too dark to see.

Halloween

Halloween was so much fun this year, all three kids loved it and were so good!  Yes, even Evie was well behaved.  The day started with school parties.  Kash had a preschool party where he was very excited to wear his boxer costume.  I even let him take his gloves, with many promises that he would NOT punch anyone!

 I was able to help in Ella's class for the party.  Ella and her teacher were both Pocahontas! They had the exact same costume, it was so cute!

 They had a parade where they walked around the track twice.  Every time she walked by us she started running and jumping up and down.  Here she is in action.

 I was in charge of the musical chairs.  Total chaos!

 Evie spent most of the night getting a ride in her stroller while eating her candy.  What a life! If she didn't walk up to the door, some people would walk out to the sidewalk and put candy in her bucket.

 When we got home Matt didn't waste a minute.  He quickly put his Jason mask on, got his torch, had Cody hiding in the bushes with the paint ball gun, and the scary music blaring.  He lives for scaring the kids!

Pumpkin Carving

 Kim and the girls came down from Cedar City to carve pumpkins with us.  It was crazy with all of the power tools, pumpkin guts, and candy everywhere! It's always quite the event.
